Amla is good for digestion.  Steps to make sweet amla chutney: Step 1:  Boil the amlas untill they become soft with a pinch of salt. Step 2:  Once they are cooked well , put them in a mixer jar and grind it. Step 3:   Add brown sugar to a pan and add 3tsps of water. Step 4:  Now add the amla puree to the pan.
