Five foods for glowing skin

      It is so rightly said that beauty comes from inside ,it is extremely important to nourish your skin from outside by following a regular skincare regime and similarly it is extremely important to nourish your skin from inside by eating healthy foods. So what are these 5 superfoods for a healthy glowing skin.

1. Nuts & seeds .

First nuts and seeds like almonds, walnuts& flax seeds are extremely rich source of Omega-3 fatty acids. It helps in fortifying the cell membrane of the skin cells of your skin that helps in fighting against the free radicals cell damage and it also brings a beautiful glow on your face. Other than that the almonds, they are rich sources of vitamin E  ,they not only combat dryness and bring glow on your skin but that also helps in combating collagen degradation and hence define the science of aging.

When you eat  walnuts and Almonds, soak 5 walnuts & 5 Almonds overnight in the bowl of water and eat them the next day every morning.

2. Eggs & protein.

    Second superfood are eggs are a source of protein . If you are a vegetarian you can eat pulses ,Tofu and sprouts. Proteins are building blocks or repair agents of your skin. Skin hair and nails ,they are all made up of kertin or protein which provides strength to your skin. If there is deficiency of protein in your body skin can become dry your hair and become really dry frizzy and brittle and even your nails can become brittle 

so what is the best time to have proteins. either have egg whites in the morning at least 2 egg whites or a bowl of sprouts in the morning you can even include pulses and Tofu , paneer during your meals in the day.

3. Citrus fruits.

   Third Superfood citrus fruits are source of vitamin C. Vitamin C helps in collagen synthesis and hence healthy hair and healthy skin. It is also very rich source of antioxidant so it prevent your skin from free radical damage. There are also many studies that say that if Vitamin E and Vitamin C when taken together they helps in preventing against the harmful effects of sun. 

4. Vitamin A.

Fourth superfood are foods rich in vitamin A, carrots,pumpkin,mango&papaya.They are rich in vitamin A, beta carotene the derivative of vitamin A which adds a distant Orange Yellow colour to the food in which it is present.

How does vitamin A acts in your skin? First it strengthens your immune system.Second it help in protection from the sun and third it encourages new cell production because it encourages new cell production hence, giving you a very even skin tone and a very healthy glow to your skin.

Make sure to have an evening snack with a mix of these fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin A and Vitamin C. On some days have berries & guava . On other days have mangoes papaya for carrots and squeeze a bit of lemon for extra dose of Vitamin C.


5. Yogurt.

        Fifth superfood is the most important superfood is  yogurt. Yogurt contains the good bacteria which helps in maintaining the good digestion system but it also has many benefits on your skin, it contains zinc, calcium and lactic acid .Zinc helps in regulating your sebum production and production of oil from your sebaceous glands and lactic acid is a very good moisturizer plus it is a very good exfolient, it can also be applied to your face once or twice a week to give you a very glow skin to include I will give you a very much erised hydrated and younger looking skin make sure to include at least one bowl of yoghurt everyday in your meal.
